About this policy

This policy explains how Northlane AI (“Northlane”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit northlane.live or contact us. Our free tools on northlane.live subdomains, such as tools.northlane.live, have their own Northlane Tools privacy policy.

Information you send us

This website has no account system. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, company, the areas you select and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, an email delivery service that processes the submission on our behalf under its privacy policy. If you email us at hello@northlane.live, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company and project details. We use it to reply, discuss potential work and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Hosting and security data

Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically receives technical information when your browser requests a page. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the requested URL, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. It is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems, and it is handled under Vercel’s own terms and privacy notice.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads on northlane.live and its subdomains. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to show ads, personalize them based on your visits to this and other websites, limit how often you see an ad, and measure performance. How long we keep information

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to respond, deliver any work we agree on, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Hosting logs and advertising data are kept by Vercel and Google according to their own retention policies.

Your rights

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
